Being wild, to us, means taking a risk and being yourself. Dare to love your body at every stage of fitness. Take a Dance Conditioning class and sweat out your stresses while moving to the music, wear crazy printed leggings, talk to a stranger. All of us have a little wild inside. Embrace it.
