Our 45 minute HIIT class is the perfect blend of a dynamic warmup, stretching and heart pumping cardio.The class begins with a quick warm up, then you are coached through 3 rounds of short bursts of high intensity interval training, alternating moves to keep your muscles and mind engaged. Once your muscles are warmed up and your heart is pounding, we slow down to stretch, working to maintain flexibility and range of motion in your joints. A modification is offered for every movement, so this is an excellent class for students of any fitness level, including beginners.
You'll feel longer and leaner after this faster paced class where the flow focuses on strength-based and static exercises. This class utilizes elements of Pilates, Yoga and TRX.
This class provides you with a deep, relaxing stretches to facilitate active recovery. This slow-paced class targets the deep connective tissues and the fascia that covers the body. The benefits of Yin Yoga include: helping you maintain flexibility and range of motion in your joints, helps regulate the flow of energy in the body and improves muscle development. When your body is more flexible, the body can better perform everyday activities and exercises with the correct form. This class will also help to improve posture and is an excellent class for students of any fitness level, including beginners.

Power Vinyasa Yoga is a combination of dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movement, which creates a high-heat, high-energy workout that builds strength, unwinds tight joints and loosens muscles.
This is a mind and body workout that develops concentration and reduces stress. With its focus on mindful breathing and body heat, Power Yoga goes beyond the relaxation benefits of traditional yoga to offer a route to health and fitness that athletes of all levels will embrace.
Lower Intensity Interval Training is one of the safest and most effective ways to build and maintain lean muscle mass.
LIIT45 class begins with a quick warm up, then you are coached through short bursts of lower intensity interval training, alternating moves to keep your muscles and mind engaged. Once your muscles are warmed up and your heart is pounding, we go through several rounds of compound strength training elements. We play high energy music and a modification is offered for every movement. This is an excellent class for students of any fitness level, including beginners.
Restorative yoga allows the body to rest, to be supported by blankets, blocks and bolsters. Providing the body with physical support helps the body and mind to come into a state of relaxation. We seek to relax the body and mind through gentle postures and props allowing the central nervous system to reset.
Students will practice deliberate stillness and conscious rest. As the body rests, muscle tension begins to unravel, stress begins to melt away, the mind begins to quiet aiding the natural healing process of our bodies. This class is all about self love and self care. All levels welcome. No prior yoga experience needed.
